is much more than just another construction company. We are family owned and operated and treat each home or
project as if one of our own family members lived there or worked there. Our business is driven by referrals from previous clients.

At WAF Construction, each employee has over a decade of experience in the
construction and remodeling industries, but they also have backgrounds in other aspects of real estate industry. Our employees are

 WAF Construction
was founded in 1991 in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The company continues today to provide construction expertise for residential building, renovation
and restoration for the West Texas communities of Midland and Odessa.
Prior to establishing WAF Construction, William the owner was employed by several large commercial and residential
construction companies. William also became a Professional Home Inspector (TREC #7497).
